Ran three miles on the treadmill tonight in my new TANGERINE colored ASICS. My youngest was home from school today with a fever....her rapid strep test came back positive a the doctor's office this afternoon. Hence, the treadmill at 10 p.m. when everyone was finally settled and in bed. Hey, but I got three miles in.....my coach in college said faithfully working out each day was like putting pennies in the bank---- they eventually add up to dollars. :)

Oh, G! Not strep! Take care and rest. And Roberta, Tangerine colored ASICS? What, were you born in a sunny tangerine filled land???? LOL Love ya! Hope you're making a recovery from your HUGE emergency!
